What if, instead of trying to control, suppress, fix, or escape your emotions, you learned how to listen to them?
Bring a notebook, a curious mind, and whatever you're feeling right now.
We've been taught to divide emotions into two categories
But what if every emotion has a job?
What if anger is showing you where a boundary has been crossed?
What if fear is trying to protect you?
What if loneliness is asking for connection?
What if sadness is inviting release?
What if joy is whispering, keep going this way?
Your emotions are not character flaws. They are information.
Emotional wellness doesn't mean never feeling anxious, angry, overwhelmed, lonely, disappointed, ashamed, or heartbroken.
It means developing the capacity to recognize, accept, understand, and respond to your emotions without automatically reacting to them.
Think of your emotions as dashboard lights. When the oil light comes on, you don't smash the dashboard because you don't like the warning. You look under the hood.
During this experiential workshop, we're going to help you do exactly that. Not by analyzing yourself into oblivion. By learning how to listen.
What You'll Experience
We're bringing emotional wellness out of your head and into your actual lived experience.
Instead of asking "How do I stop feeling this?"
You'll begin asking "What is this feeling trying to show me, and what do I want to do with that information?"
